Starting at $9,500 per month, Assisted Living at The Landing offers a sense of independence, individuality and stability. If you or a spouse should need help with the personal care activities known as the activities of daily living (ADLs) — bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring from one place to another and other activities — we will tailor the level of assistance we provide to sync precisely with your needs.
As you become better acquainted with our restaurants, you’ll come to appreciate the unique style and charm of each venue. But whether you’re in the mood for something quick and casual or leisurely and elegant, you’ll come away happy, and you’ll be back for more. Our chefs love seeing a smile on the face of each resident, and they’ll try to outdo themselves just to see it again.
LEARN MOREKim Jones has worked in healthcare for 20 years and is proud to have landed a fulfilling position at The Landing. As Community Life Director, she brings people together and builds camaraderie by planning special events, leading activities and having fun with everyone who walks into the building. She loves interacting with older adults, motivating them to continue enhancing their lives physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. In her mind, it’s never too late to pursue a passion or pick up a new hobby. Kim has a bachelor’s degree in dance/choreography; she recently showed off her skills to The Landing’s members by performing a tap dance to Frank Sinatra’s “The Way You Look Tonight.”
When a helping hand is needed, our 89 Assisted Living residences offer a safe and nurturing atmosphere for individuals and couples to get caring and individualized support in studios, one- and two-bedroom residences.
Members in every level of living at The Landing will enjoy the same safety policies and protocols we use to keep our community immaculately clean, safe and ready to serve you. Residences are access-controlled with 24-hour onsite security. Underground garage parking is secured and monitored, and we’ve designed the building’s environment to utilize the Autocleaning Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NBPI) System that defeats COVID-19 and other airborne viruses. Residences in assisted living at The Landing are also designed to provide ample lighting, wide-threshold doorways to accommodate wheelchairs, stability bars in all bathrooms, and emergency-call capability.
Our Assisted Living residences are offered in one-, and two-bedroom configurations, with living rooms and kitchenettes available. They feature upscale touches and polished finishes, high ceilings, bright windows, and large bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Yes, of course. The Landing has a dedicated neighborhood of assisted living residences where couples may live and receive the extra assistance they need. But if just one spouse should require assistance, our caregivers will also visit the apartment homes of Independent Living residents to provide aid and care for the partner who needs it. In either scenario, a couple will be able to continue living together.
