In all circumstances, we may perform these functions directly or use a third-party vendor to perform these functions on our behalf who will be obligated to use your personal information only to perform services for us.  Also, if you access our website mobile applications or other online services from a third-party social platform, such as Facebook, we may share non-personal information with that platform to the extent permitted by your agreement with it and its privacy settings.

Promotional Offers from the Community.  If you do not wish to have your contact information used by Us to promote our own services, you can follow the link to unsubscribe from mailing lists at the bottom of email communication; send an e-mail to info@landingalexandria.com stating your request; call 571-577-6011 and ask to be removed from marketing lists.  This opt-out does not apply to information provided to the Community as a result of entering into a residence agreement, providing health records or other transaction.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

To review and change your personal information, you may call us at 571-577-6011 or send us an e-mail at info@landingalexandria.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.  We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Disclaimer of Applicability of Certain State Data Privacy Laws

We are not subject to regulation under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), the Colorado Consumer Privacy Act (“CPA”), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (“CTDPA”), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (“UCPA”) or the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”) (collectively “State Data Privacy Laws”).  Therefore, even if you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia and we may have personal information about you that is the type of information subject to the State Data Privacy Laws, the State Data Privacy Laws are not applicable to us or to our relationship with you.

Minors

No portion of Landing’s website, services and agency services is directed towards minors (individuals below the age of 18).  The company does not solicit any information about minors, nor does it market to minors.

No Rights of Third Parties

This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of our website.
